Each eligible individual may hold exactly one (1) account on air188. The registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same identity documents, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including, without limitation: your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification; a valid date of birth confirming you are 21 or older; a working email address; and a valid Indonesian mobile telephone number. You must update this information promptly if it changes.
air188 implements a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. Members may be required at any time to submit one or more of the following documents: a government-issued photo identification card (KTP or passport), a selfie holding the identification document, proof of address dated within the last three months, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. air188 may place withdrawal restrictions on accounts that have not completed KYC verification.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. air188 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where that access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. air188 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following approved payment channels available to Indonesian Members: bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and OCBC NISP; and e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
Deposits: Deposits are credited to your account upon confirmed receipt of funds by air188's payment processing system. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the cashier at the time of deposit. air188 does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction charges.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed on business days during WIB business hours (09:00–21:00 WIB, Monday through Saturday). air188 targets processing of approved withdrawal requests within two (2) to four (4) business hours for BCA and BRI transfers and within thirty (30) minutes for approved e-wallet withdrawals. These timeframes are targets, not guarantees; actual processing times may vary due to bank clearing schedules, public holidays, or compliance review requirements.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the air188 account. Third-party withdrawals — that is, transfers to a bank account or e-wallet not owned by the registered Member — are strictly prohibited. air188 reserves the right to reverse any withdrawal request that fails this verification and to require additional KYC documentation before processing.
air188 offers promotional bonuses to eligible Members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered, which take precedence over — but are read in conjunction with — this general clause.
Unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise, the following standard bonus conditions apply to all promotional credits credited to a Member's account:
air188 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time and without prior notice, provided that such withdrawal does not retroactively affect a bonus already credited and actively being turned over in good faith by a Member.
All bets and wagers placed on air188 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, competition, or game type. Members are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before placing a wager. Specific rules governing football (bandar bola), Asian Handicap markets, mix parlay accumulators, togel draws, live casino tables, and slot games are published in the Help section of the Platform.
Sports Betting: A bet is accepted and binding when air188's system records the bet and issues a bet reference number. air188 reserves the right to void, suspend, or limit any market at any time at our sole discretion — including in response to match integrity concerns, significant line movements, technical errors in odds compilation, or force majeure events. Voided bets are returned as stake to the Member's account.
Live Betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time market availability. air188 cannot guarantee that any specific in-play market will remain open at all times during a fixture. The Platform displays a delay indicator when live odds are suspended pending an event update.
Casino & Slots: All casino games use certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Game results are final once a round is completed and confirmed by the Platform. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, any unsettled bets affected by the malfunction will be voided and the stake returned.
Togel: Draw results for all togel (traditional numbers lottery) markets are sourced from the official draw operators and verified by air188's result feed. Winnings are credited to the Member's account within sixty (60) minutes of official result confirmation.
Members are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on or in connection with the air188 Platform:
All content on the air188 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, page layouts, graphics, software, text, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of air188 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform; create derivative works based on Platform content; or use air188's trademarks or branding in any manner without our prior written consent.
Game content provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, Spribe, Pocket Games Soft, and NetEnt — remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is licensed to air188 for display on the Platform. Unauthorised reproduction of third-party game content is prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, air188 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including losses from wagering outcomes, delays in withdrawal processing, temporary Platform unavailability, or data loss.
air188 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be available continuously without interruption or error. Scheduled maintenance windows and unplanned downtime may occur. We will make reasonable efforts to notify Members of scheduled maintenance in advance where practicable.
air188 does not warrant that the Platform, its servers, or communications sent from air188 are free of viruses or other harmful components. Members access the Platform at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring their own devices are protected by appropriate security software.
In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, air188's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In all cases, air188's aggregate liability to any individual Member arising from any single cause of action shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member to their air188 account in the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
air188 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.
In summary, air188 collects personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, payment processing, and the delivery of personalised promotional communications where you have provided consent. Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account (after deduction of any outstanding bonus-related obligations) will be returned to the Member via the payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to completion of KYC verification. Balances derived from disputed, fraudulent, or bonus-abusing activity may be withheld pending investigation.
Members who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Voluntary account closures are processed within 48 hours of the request being received and verified.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which air188 holds its international operating licence. air188 operates under an internationally recognised gaming licence issued by a competent licensing authority.
In the event of any dispute between a Member and air188 that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with our customer support team, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration administered by an internationally recognised arbitration body before pursuing any other form of legal remedy. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.
Nothing in this clause limits air188's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights, confidential information, or to prevent or stop any fraudulent activity.
air188 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, air188 will notify active Members via the email address registered to their account and/or via a prominent notice displayed on the Platform no fewer than seven (7) calendar days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the air188 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 12.
