air188 collects Personal Data through the following channels and mechanisms:
- Direct interactions: Data you provide when you complete the registration form, submit KYC documents, make deposits or withdrawals, contact our support team, or respond to surveys and promotions.
- Automated technologies: When you access the Platform, our servers automatically record Technical Data such as your IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and session timestamps. We also use cookies and similar tracking technologies as described in Clause 7.
- Third-party identity verification services: When you complete KYC verification, our authorised identity verification partner processes your identity documents and returns a verification result to air188. The partner operates under a strict data processing agreement.
- Payment processors: When you initiate a deposit or withdrawal, our payment gateway partners confirm transaction status and return payment reference data to air188. air188 does not store full bank account numbers or e-wallet credentials on our own servers — only the last four digits and account name for reconciliation purposes.
- Fraud and security systems: air188 uses third-party fraud detection tools that analyse Technical Data and Usage Data to identify suspicious account activity, multi-accounting, and potentially fraudulent payment patterns.
air188 processes your Personal Data for the following specific purposes:
- Account creation and management: To register your account, verify your eligibility (including the 21+ age requirement), and maintain your account in good standing.
- Payment processing: To process deposits and withdrawals via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja), and to maintain accurate transaction records.
- KYC and regulatory compliance: To verify your identity, age, and payment method ownership in compliance with international responsible gaming standards and anti-money laundering obligations.
- Platform delivery: To provide access to our sportsbook, live casino, togel (traditional numbers lottery) markets, slot gacor (high-payout slot) games, and all other Platform features.
- Customer support: To respond to your enquiries, resolve disputes, and maintain support records for quality assurance.
- Fraud prevention and security: To detect, investigate, and prevent multi-accounting, money laundering, payment fraud, and other prohibited conduct as defined in our Terms & Conditions.
- Personalised communications: Where you have opted in, to send promotional offers, deposit bonuses, free-bet notifications, and seasonal promotions (including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Chinese New Year / Imlek) by email or push notification.
- Platform improvement: To analyse aggregate Usage Data and Technical Data to improve Platform performance, game selection, and user experience.
- Responsible gaming: To monitor account activity for indicators of problem gambling behaviour and to deliver responsible gaming interventions where appropriate.
air188 will never use your Personal Data for any purpose other than those listed above without first obtaining your explicit consent or having a clear legal basis to do so.
air188 processes your Personal Data on one or more of the following legal bases, depending on the specific processing activity:
- Contractual necessity: Processing required to fulfil our obligations under the Member Agreement — including account management, payment processing, and game delivery — is carried out on the basis that it is necessary for the performance of the contract between you and air188.
- Legal obligation: Certain processing activities — particularly KYC verification, anti-money laundering checks, and the retention of financial transaction records — are carried out to comply with applicable international legal and regulatory requirements.
- Legitimate interests: Processing for fraud prevention, platform security, responsible gaming monitoring, and aggregate analytics is carried out on the basis of air188's legitimate interest in operating a safe, fair, and commercially viable platform, provided that interest is not overridden by your fundamental rights.
- Consent: Processing for marketing communications (promotional emails, SMS notifications, push notifications) is carried out only where you have given explicit, freely given, specific, and informed consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time by updating your communication preferences in Account Settings or by contacting our support team.
air188 does not sell, rent, or trade your Personal Data to third parties for their own independent marketing or commercial purposes. We share Personal Data only in the following limited circumstances:
- Authorised Third-Party Processors: We share data with carefully selected service providers who process data on our behalf under binding data processing agreements. These include our payment gateway partners, KYC / identity verification providers, fraud detection systems, cloud hosting infrastructure providers, and customer support software platforms. Each processor is permitted to use your data only for the specific purpose for which it was engaged.
- Game Studio Providers: Game session data (player ID, bet amounts, game outcomes) is shared with licensed game studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft — to the extent necessary to deliver their game content and resolve any game-round disputes.
- Law Enforcement and Regulatory Bodies: We may disclose Personal Data to competent law enforcement authorities, courts, o
r regulatory bodies where we are required to do so by applicable law, court order, or binding regulatory direction, or where disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of air188, our Members, or the public.
- Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of all or part of air188's business assets, your Personal Data may be transferred to the acquiring entity as part of that transaction, subject to the same privacy protections set out in this Policy.
- With Your Explicit Consent: We may share your data with additional third parties where you have given us specific, informed consent to do so for a defined purpose.
If you receive any communication purporting to be from air188 that requests your password, full bank account credentials, or PIN — this is not from us. air188 will never request such information via email, SMS, or live chat. Report any suspected phishing to
[email protected] immediately.

air188 retains Personal Data only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes set out
in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law or
legitimate business need. The following standard retention periods apply:
- Active account data (Identity, Contact, Financial, Usage): Retained for the lifetime of the account and for a period of five (5) years following account closure, to satisfy anti-money laundering record-keeping obligations and to resolve any post-closure disputes.
- KYC documents (identity document images, selfies): Retained for five (5) years following account closure in line with international AML compliance standards. Documents are stored in encrypted, access-controlled storage.
- Transaction records (deposit and withdrawal history, bet records): Retained for five (5) years following each transaction to support dispute resolution, audit requirements, and financial reconciliation.
- Support communications (live chat transcripts, support emails): Retained for two (2) years following resolution of the relevant enquiry for quality assurance and dispute evidence purposes.
- Marketing consent records: Retained for three (3) years following withdrawal of consent or account closure, whichever is earlier, to demonstrate compliance with consent obligations.
- Anonymised analytics data: Retained indefinitely in aggregated, anonymised form that cannot be linked back to any individual Member.
Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, Personal Data is securely deleted or irreversibly
anonymised. Where data deletion is requested by a Member under the Right to Erasure (see Clause 10),
air188 will action the request within thirty (30) days, subject to any legal obligation to retain
the data for a longer period.
air188 applies a multi-layered security architecture to protect your Personal Data against
unauthorised access, accidental loss, alteration, or disclosure. Our key security measures include:
- 256-bit SSL/TLS Encryption: All data transmitted between your device and the air188 Platform is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS 1.2 or higher. This is the same encryption standard used by major international financial institutions.
- Encrypted Data Storage: Personal Data at rest — including Identity Data, KYC documents, and Financial Data — is stored using AES-256 encryption on access-controlled servers. Encryption keys are managed separately from the encrypted data.
- Access Controls: Access to Personal Data within air188's internal systems is restricted on a strict need-to-know basis. Staff members are granted access only to the data categories required to perform their specific job function. All access is logged and audited.
- Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): Members are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA on their accounts. Internal staff with access to Member data are required to use 2FA for all system logins.
- Regular Security Audits: The Platform and its underlying infrastructure are subject to periodic internal security reviews and external penetration testing by qualified third-party security professionals.
- Data Breach Response: In the event of a confirmed personal data breach that poses a risk to affected Members, air188 will notify the affected individuals as soon as practicable and will implement immediate containment measures. Notification will be sent to the email address registered to the affected account.
Despite our extensive security measures, no system connected to the internet is entirely immune to risk. Members are encouraged to use a strong, unique password for their air188 account, enable 2FA, and notify us immediately at
[email protected] if they suspect any unauthorised access.
As a Member of air188, you hold the following rights in relation to your Personal Data.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact our support team using the details in Clause 14.
We will respond to all valid rights requests within thirty (30) calendar days.
- Right of Access: You may request a copy of the Personal Data air188 holds about you, along with information about how it is used and with whom it is shared.
- Right to Rectification: You may request that inaccurate or incomplete Personal Data held about you is corrected or updated. For basic account details (email, phone number), you may make updates directly in your Account Settings.
- Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): You may request that air188 delete your Personal Data where it is no longer necessary for the original purpose, or where you withdraw consent and no other legal basis applies. This right is subject to legal retention obligations described in Clause 8.
- Right to Restrict Processing: You may request that air188 limits the processing of your Personal Data in certain circumstances — for example, while the accuracy of the data is contested, or while an objection to processing is being assessed.
- Right to Data Portability: You may request a copy of the Personal Data you have provided to air188 in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format (e.g., CSV), to allow transfer to another service provider where technically feasible.
- Right to Object: You may object at any time to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interests, including direct marketing. Marketing opt-outs can be effected immediately via the unsubscribe link in any promotional email or by updating your Account Settings.
- Right to Withdraw Consent: Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
air188 will not charge a fee for processing any rights request unless the request is manifestly unfounded or excessive in nature. In such cases, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable administrative fee or to refuse the request, with written reasons provided to you.
air188 strictly prohibits access to its Platform by individuals under the age of 21. Our
Platform is not directed at, and does not knowingly collect Personal Data from, any person
under the age of 21. The minimum age requirement applies uniformly across all product
categories — including sports betting, live casino, togel draws, and slot games.
All new Members are required to confirm their date of birth at registration and to complete
identity document verification (KYC) before withdrawal of funds is permitted. If air188
discovers at any point that a Member is under the age of 21, the account will be immediately
suspended, all pending withdrawals will be frozen pending investigation, and the matter will
be escalated to our responsible gaming compliance team.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has registered an account on air188,
please contact us immediately at
[email protected].
We will investigate and close the account as a matter of priority.
air188 operates using cloud infrastructure and third-party service providers whose servers
may be located outside of Indonesia. As a result, your Personal Data may be transferred to,
stored in, and processed in countries other than Indonesia.
Where such international transfers occur, air188 ensures that appropriate safeguards are in
place to protect your Personal Data to a standard equivalent to — or higher than — the
protections described in this Privacy Policy. These safeguards may include:
- Standard contractual data processing clauses incorporated into our agreements with Third-Party Processors.
- Selection of processors located in jurisdictions that maintain internationally recognised data protection standards.
- Binding corporate rules or equivalent compliance frameworks where applicable to the processor's organisation.
By using the air188 Platform and providing your Personal Data, you acknowledge and consent
to the international transfer and storage of your data in accordance with the terms of this
Privacy Policy.
air188 reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect
changes in our data practices, applicable legal requirements, or Platform functionality.
When material changes are made, we will notify active Members via the registered email
address and display a prominent notice on the Platform no fewer than seven (7) calendar
days before the revised Policy takes effect.
The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent
revision. We encourage Members to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued
use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance
of the revised Policy. If you do not accept the revised terms, you should cease using the
Platform and contact our support team to request account closure.
